Happy Friday to my blog readers! Here is a #FlashbackFriday post from last Christmas! 🎁
When it comes to bringing their fans fun content on social media and YouTube, Dan + Shay deliver every single time. Last year when the duo released their double Christmas album, they posted several videos attached to their new classic and original songs that would get everyone ready for the holidays, even if it started a couple of months early.
One of the videos was centered around their previously released hit "It's Officially Christmas" in 2021. The clip, which was posted on December 25 last year to ring in the holiday, featured both men sitting on a couch in Dan Smyers' living room. Both members of the duo were dressed in warm, colorful sweaters and jeans. They are seen mouthing the chorus of the upbeat singalong tune, with the studio version playing in the background of the video, and Smyers going through the motions on his acoustic guitar. You can also spot one of the producer's (Smyers') dogs Chief hanging out underneath their feet! Fans were also able to see a decorated Christmas tree behind the guys, which made the performance even more festive. As I said at the start of this post, their content is always fun because they have fun making it. Note the smiles on their faces during the entire clip.
