Happy "Selfie Saturday"! 😀 Dan + Shay have posted many selfies on social media over the years. Some of them include ones they have snapped of themselves and the famous one with Taylor Swift at the 2022 American Music Awards. The duo happened to be playing a show at The Chicago Theatre with their good friend Brett Eldredge on November 10, 2016. Prior to the show, the trio took a picture with the country music artist with everyone making a silly face! 😜📸
Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney have shown great mutual respect for many artists in the country music genre and beyond, whether they have collaborated with them on a song or not. They have not collaborated with Eldredge on a song yet, but I hope they do in the future because I think their voices would blend incredibly well together.
Talking more about the mutual respect Dan + Shay have for other artists, I think they learn a lot about songwriting, production, and being entertainers when it comes to them performing on stage. I think the guys and Eldredge are similar in their songwriting and performing skills, but they are both in their own lane.
