Dan + Shay announce highly anticipated, long awaited "The Young Tour" on Monday morning via their social media platforms

Country music duo Dan + Shay have been hinting at an upcoming tour in various social media posts and comments from the guys within those posts for a while now. On Sunday afternoon, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney shared a teaser clip on their official Facebook page that featured them in a classroom and then are shown heading out to a school bus from the classroom window. When fans viewed the clip and saw the caption "TOMORROW 9 AM CT 🚌", they knew the tour was going to be announced on Monday morning!

Below the creative graphic of Smyers all dressed up, laying on the teacher's desk using using a few books under his head for a pillow, looking up at the chalkboard with the tour title on it, and Mooney sitting in front of the desk, the tour information and opening acts are revealed. 

The duo will hit the road and play mostly amphitheaters across the country, one date in Canada, and a handful of arenas on dates in the Fall from September 11 through November 7, 2026 on "The Young Tour". Tyler Hubbard of country music duo Florida Georgia Line who is currently pursuing a solo career and new country artist Josh Ross with join Dan + Shay on a majority of the dates, with some that only include Hubbard or Ross. 

From dates in the Midwest like Michigan and Indiana, to East coast states like New York and Massachusetts, Southern states like Florida and Georgia, West coast states like California and Arizona, and other states in between, this is going to be a tour for the duo and their fans to remember forever. They will be performing past hits and fan favorites, as well as songs from their studio album Young. slated to be released on August 21st, exactly three weeks before the tour starts. That will give their fans plenty of time to learn the lyrics to the new personal, honest songs so they can sing them back to Smyers and Mooney loud and proud on the tour!
