#ThrowbackThursday to this genuine picture of Dan + Shay hugging one another at 2017 CMA Fest (Country Music Association Fest) Performance

CMA Fest (Country Music Association Fest) is the largest country music festival in the world. It takes place in early June every year when fans from all over the globe flock to Nashville to see country music artists perform on multiple stages set up across the city, have the chance to meet their favorite artists, and get to participate in numerous other activities and events!

Dan + Shay have made numerous appearances at the festival over the years. #ThrowbackThursday to this genuine picture of the duo hugging one another during their set at Ascend Amphitheater on June 10, 2017 that they posted on their Instagram account the next day. The post, which included a collage of pictures, also had a caption about the duos experience playing in front of a huge group of country music fans.

"Ever since day one, our fans have been by our side," Dan + Shay began the caption. "Last night was living proof. We promise to never take a second of this journey for granted + to always remember how lucky we are to be a part of this country music family. All the love in the world."

The guys have been known to give one another a bear hug before accepting a trophy at award shows, after award show performances, and while they are performing on the road. Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney have formed such a beautiful friendship over the years. You can tell from the hugs and many other things they have done together and for their fans since their career started, that the bond they have formed is truly genuine and real.
