If you could live in one of Dan + Shay's songs for the rest of your life, which one would it be and why? There are quite a few songs that come to mind, but two of them that I would want to live in for the rest of my life. I have it narrowed down to "Bigger Houses" and "Glad You Exist". While the overall message of both songs is to appreciate what you have, including the people in your life, I think I more closely relate to “Bigger Houses”. I have been blessed to have a very nice living situation throughout my life so far, but when it comes to happiness, it does not necessarily live in our house. Happiness lives in the wonderful relationship I have with my parents, sister, brother-in-law, other relatives, former co-workers, and friends. It lives in my passion for writing that I get to share with you all daily. It lives in the television shows I watch and the books I read during downtime. It also lives in all of the time that I spend listening to Dan + Shay’s library of songs each day, including when I take a walk! My list of things that make me happy and that I am grateful for could go on forever, but the things I have listed above are what bring me joy on a daily basis!
This song teaches us to enjoy the most important things in life on a daily basis and I plan to enjoy a combination of those things for the rest of my life!
