Dan + Shay Post Piano Clip of "Save Me The Trouble" To Celebrate Their 10th Number One At Country Radio

Dan + Shay released their single "Save Me The Trouble" on July 14, 2023. The track, which consists of Shay Mooney's crazy vocals and Dan Smyers' solid harmonies, hit country radio on July 17, 2023. By January 8, 2024, the song became the duo's 10th number one song at country radio. To celebrate this milestone, Smyers and Mooney got together at Smyers' house and posted a short piano clip of them performing the song's chorus on their YouTube channel as well as on their social media platforms. 

To me, the studio version of this song is incredible and over the top in all of its aspects (Mooney's vocals, Smyers' harmonies, the production). However to me, it sounds as incredible when it is just the two vocalists and Smyers on the piano. The two could sing this song without any instruments except their voices, and I would still enjoy it. Their voices are the instruments. Because Mooney's vocals are so pure and Smyers' harmonies are so beautiful, they both blend together nicely. The duo really do not need to be backed up by any instruments. In my opinion, they are really that talented.
